Moodverse – Return & Refund Policy

At Moodverse, every product is made especially for you — printed on demand to reduce waste and support sustainable production.
Because of this process, we do not keep stock or accept returns for change of mind or wrong size orders.
However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or colour due to our error.

  • The order was lost in transit (verified by tracking).

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@moodverse.co.uk, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a free reprint or full refund.

🚫 We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or colour.

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed.

  • The issue was caused by incorrect shipping information provided.

All Moodverse products are made on demand, so we only produce what is ordered.
This helps reduce overproduction and supports our sustainable vision.
